RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Baby Berry, we want you to receive your order in the expected condition, size, and quality. Please carefully read the following Exchange, Return, Complaint, and Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. Product Checking at Delivery

Customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery before accepting the order.

Please check:

  • Product condition

  • Size

  • Color/design

  • Any visible damage or defect

  • Whether the delivered item matches the ordered product

If there is any visible issue, please inform the delivery person immediately where possible.

Once the product has been received, any exchange or complaint must still be reported to Baby Berry within the applicable complaint period stated below.

2. Exchange & Complaint Period

Customers must contact Baby Berry within 3 days of receiving the product for any eligible:

  • Size issue

  • Product defect

  • Wrong product

  • Product-related complaint

  • Exchange request

Requests made after 3 days may not be accepted.

3. Size Exchange

If the product does not fit and another suitable size is available, Baby Berry may provide an exchange subject to product availability.

For an exchange request, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have original tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable

  • Not be damaged, washed, altered, or otherwise used

For clothing, customers are strongly encouraged to check the size chart before placing an order.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If Baby Berry sends a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers should contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with the necessary details and, where requested, clear photos or videos of the product.

After reviewing the complaint, Baby Berry may offer:

  • Product exchange

  • Replacement with the correct product

  • Another suitable solution depending on the circumstances

5. Product Availability

All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested replacement product or size is unavailable, Baby Berry will try to provide an appropriate alternative where possible.

If Baby Berry is unable to provide a suitable replacement, the customer may be eligible for a refund according to the terms below.

6. Refund

If Baby Berry cannot provide a suitable replacement or resolve an eligible product issue, we will process the refund within 7 days.

For customers who have made an advance payment, the eligible refund will be returned through an appropriate payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products are imported specifically based on customer orders.

Because of this, pre-order products may be subject to availability, supplier, import, or shipping-related delays.

An estimated delivery period of 10–15 working days is provided for pre-order items.

If an eligible product issue occurs after delivery, the same 3-day complaint/exchange period applies unless otherwise stated for that particular product.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

An exchange or refund may not be accepted when:

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the product

  • The product has been used, washed, damaged, altered, or modified by the customer

  • Tags or original packaging have been removed or damaged where they are required for exchange

  • The complaint is made after the 3-day complaint period

  • The issue is caused by improper use or care of the product

  • The product was damaged after delivery due to customer handling

9. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

To submit a complaint, exchange, or refund request, please contact Baby Berry within 3 days of receiving the order.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Contact number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos where necessary

Our team will review the request and inform you of the next steps.

10. Policy Changes

Baby Berry reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy when necessary. The updated policy will be published on this page.
